We may offer an exchange for:

Items delivered damaged or defective out of the box

Wrong items delivered (must be reported within 24โ48 hours of delivery)
To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be complete, with all original packaging and accessories.

Replacement stock is unavailable

An item was charged but never delivered
