You may return a product within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The item is unused and in resellable condition

  • You present the original receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Software or digital licenses

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., thermal paste, cleaning sprays, etc.)

  • Products with physical damage, burn marks, or signs of tampering

  • Custom-built PCs (unless defective)

  • Clearance or marked-down sale items (unless defective)

  • Change of Mind

We may offer an exchange for:

  • Items delivered damaged or defective out of the box

  • Wrong items delivered (must be reported within 24โ€“48 hours of delivery)

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be complete, with all original packaging and accessories.

  • You must return the product for inspection before an exchange is approved.

Refunds are issued only when a return is approved and:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable

  • An item was charged but never delivered

Refund details:

  • Refunds are processed within 3โ€“7 business days

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method

  • For cash purchases, refunds will be provided via cash or bank deposit

Please note: A restocking fee of up to 10%may apply for non-defective returns.
