We proudly deliver nationwide across the Philippines, including:

  • Metro Manila (Same-day delivery available)

  • Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao (via trusted courier partners)

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message via SMS or email once your order is ready to ship or deliver

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on location, weight/size of the package, and courier rates

  • Final shipping fee will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation

You may choose to pick up your order from our store:

🕘 Pickup Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 
Saturday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM 

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

 


📦 Order Tracking

  • For deliveries via courier, you will receive a tracking number (if available)

  • You can monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s official site or app

 


🛑 Failed Deliveries

If the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No one available to receive the order

  • Refused delivery

We will contact you to reschedule. Re-delivery or return fees may apply.

 


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Missing products or components
